This pickup has a throaty, expressive sound that brings out the subtlest nuances in your playing. With a high overdrive amp setting, you get a thick, singing tone.  When used with less distortion, the sound is clear and bluesy.
Alnico 5 magnets give the Full Shred pickup medium output and rich harmonics.  Two rows of adjustable allen screw pole pieces allow you to fine tune the brightness for just the right amount of cut.  Combined with the other Full Shred position model, you get a humbucking set-up designed to meet the needs of the most discriminating modern rock guitarist

This pickup is a direct replacement and requires no guitar modification.  Wiring schematic and mounting screws are included.
