International Buyer Guidelines:

1. You are responsible for all paying customs fees and charges above shipping and the amount of the item. If you are not sure what your rate is, it is your responsibility to find out.

2. Our shipping rates are for U.S. customers. You can email us for the rates before you order, or we will invoice you for any additional charges

3. Some items ship free to the U.S. (Most Fishman and Seymour Duncan Products). International buyers must select a shipping option on the item page.

Please write (preferably type) your order on a sheet of paper and include the following:
-Item Stock Number (i.e. S1, A4, T34 etc)
-Item Name
-Quantity Desired
-Payment
-Your Name, address, phone number and email

OR

Simply print the "View Shopping Cart" page after you are through adding items to your cart. Be sure to include your payment, name, address, phone number etc. to ensure proper delivery.

Shipping Rates:
NOTICE: These rates are for United States ONLY. Insurance is included.

For international shipping, please email for amount needed.

Returns:
Returns are not allowed without prior authorization. When you receive your order, inspect each item carefully. Do not use it, or try it out in any way. If a mistake has been made or your are not satisfied, any item may be returned in unused and unaltered condition, provided you contact us by phone 269-945-5079, write or email us for a return authorization.
-Return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
-All returns must by pre-paid and insured.
-If an item is returned for exchange, include payment for shipping charges back to you.

Back Orders
If an item you've ordered is out of stock, we will ship it as a back order, at no additional cost as soon as it is available. If you prefer any out-of-stock items backordered, please write a note to the effect "Do Not Back Order" somewhere with your payment.
