This very innovative system combines the Ellipse soundhole-mounted preamp with the Aura Acoustic Imaging technology and the Acoustic Matrix under-saddle pickup element. The element generates the signal which is processed by the preamp and blended with mic sound images and then sent off through a mono-jack. So as to obtain images best suited to your guitar, this package includes software that allows you to download images from the Fishman library and then upload them to your Ellipse-Aura unit via a mini-USB port. There is space for 4 images. Other features include a anti-feedback switch, volume, low-end roll-off, phase switch, pickup-image blend and image selector. The unit fits most soundholes with a diameter of 3-7/8"- 4-1/8." Professional installation recommended.
